- Overnight snow that is pretty and not enough to mess with your commute.
- Yoga as another way to stay connected to my body.
- A fridge full of delicious food for me to eat.
- My morning practice.
- Writing.
- Waking up still tired, acknowledging that, and going back to bed.
- Getting comfortable with the idea of resting and/or doing.absolutely nothing.
- Learning more about who I am, what I like and dislike.
- Growing intuition.
- Staying in a warm cozy bed not because I’m hungover but because I want to:)

#10 just hit me…. All those wasted days and nights laying in bed feeling miserable only to recover and do it again the next weekend
