  1. Overnight snow that is pretty and not enough to mess with your commute.
  2. Yoga as another way to stay connected to my body.
  3. A fridge full of delicious food for me to eat.
  4. My morning practice.
  5. Writing.
  6. Waking up still tired, acknowledging that, and going back to bed.
  7. Getting comfortable with the idea of resting and/or doing.absolutely nothing.
  8. Learning more about who I am, what I like and dislike.
  9. Growing intuition.
  10. Staying in a warm cozy bed not because I’m hungover but because I want to:)

#10 just hit me…. All those wasted days and nights laying in bed feeling miserable only to recover and do it again the next weekend
