- Saying I will help a friend and actually doing it.
- Coffee today with someone who makes me laugh.
- Taking it slower than I think I need to.
- Keeping fierce boundaries.
- Being more considerate about the language I use so there (hopefully) is not cause for assumptions.
- Being able to distinguish resentments from petty annoyances.
- AA fellowship.
- Committing to a home group.
- Delicious food that is healing for my body.
- Day 2 no sugar. Not as hard as I thought
