  1. Some sleep last night. Not a ton but I feel okay.
    1. Seeing my Kids today and having them for the week.
    2. My ex wife being kind enough to share lunch packing tricks with me for next week.
    3. Watching terrible movies while working out.
    4. A higher power being something I can talk to throughout the day.
