I’m grateful for people that still speak of powerlessness even after years of sobriety, the fact that I was able to give blood yesterday because there are no substances or alcohol in my body, and a clean kitchen. I actually enjoy waking up to an empty sink

Yes me too. Power is ego and worldly solutions. Surrender is the solution of emotions, social and spiritual things.
Am and will always be powerless over alcohol and stopping for us is a miracle
