1 week sober from alcohol. This was the first time I’ve given up drinking & had withdrawal symptoms (elevated resting heart rate), and that’s enough to scare me straight.

I quit drinking without help from my doctor and on day nine had seizures was putting in a coma. Now my husband’s left me that scared me straight.
