I hit my one year a couple of days ago, and it’s safe to say I’m feeling eternally grateful. A year ago my kidneys were failing from alcohol/drugs and I had a path to choose - sobriety or death. I’m incredibly thankful I chose sobriety and I’ve had the option to do good. If you’re new just know it is possible and you can absolutely achieve your goals!

I went cold turkey at first but that landed me in the hospital with the kidneys.
