•I have an emotionally intelligent sponsor.
•I have friends who make me laugh.
•I have morals and ideals that define how I interact with the world.
•I have two happy, healthy dogs.
•I have a job that I enjoy.
•I have a quiet mind.
•I have a safe and peaceful place to live.
•I have made huge strides physically this year.
•I have a quiet determination to be better.
Thank you for my life. Please help me nurture it.
