What a day to be grateful!
•Keeton’s birthday breakfast yesterday was a lot of fun.
•I’m grateful I spent most of yesterday working on some outstanding amends even though I had “better things” to do.
•I’m grateful for the guidance of my sponsor.
•I am confidently growing and nurturing a healthy identity as a sober man.
•I’ve stopped acting like I have no choice. I am an active participant in my life.
•Gentle reminders that no one is keeping score in recovery. It’s not a competition. My recovery is my only business.
•The brief moments of peace when the dogs are getting along.
•AA has given me a well-rounded life.
•Life has meaning when I feel I’m working with God rather than against or without him.
•Quiet morning reflections.
Thank you for my life. Let’s keep on rolling!!
