•Still no car, but also no worries.
•Norman is obsessed with me.
•Barkley is slowly getting better around Norman.
•I have four guys in the book right now. It’s a privilege to be so involved in other men’s recovery.
•I was very productive yesterday and look forward to being so again today.
•My body held up through years of abuse, and I now get to witness it gradually unlock its potential as I work toward my healthy ideal.
•I am a much better person with AA than I ever was without it.
•The obsession was removed a long time ago and hasn’t returned.
•My nap life has been steadily improving towards something more manageable.
•Hope, faith, and courage.
