Today, I’m choosing to be grateful.
•I’m grateful for physical pain. It lets me know when something in my body needs correcting. It also provides needed contrast to the days I’m pain-free.
•My dogs are getting along SLIGHTLY better.
•I have a Stretch Labs appointment today and am grateful that I’ll likely feel better afterward.
•I’m grateful that I can attend two meetings today.
•The more faith I have, the less fearful I am of life.
•I am just as fallible, vulnerable, and imperfect as everyone else.
•I’m grateful for minor calamities that cause me to reframe and reorient. They are great practice for life’s ups and downs.
•I can keep living on my pink cloud as long as I practice gratitude and humility.
•I had an opportunity to make an overdue amends this morning.
•I can admit my mistakes without judging myself.
Thank you for my life.
