•Another day sober and above ground.
•Two beautiful dogs who love me.
•My back hurts, which will likely be the worst part of my day.
•ibuprofen and Tylenol.
•I got my car back yesterday.
•The legacies of suffering and recovery are easily passed from one alcoholic to another.
•I’m uniquely qualified to assist other men on their journeys to sobriety.
•Norman hasn’t had an accident in a couple of days.
•I have the desire and the means to care for my health.
•I found one of Norman’s baby teeth on the floor today, so that’s pretty cool.
