10 days sober if I can get thru today! Rural Montana here. No meetings except for Fri Sat sun...or I'd go! No sponsor or I'd get aholda them.

There are online meetings, some on this app and on other ones. There are plenty of us on here that will help. Don’t feel like you’re alone cause you’re not! Reach out to me anytime!

Sonia my parents retired to Montana. I know about the small town -ness! I know there are options like this site and strong sober women here. Hopefully there's a 12 step person in your future that will be your sponsor and help. I believe you are being given the options you need for now. When I got sober up in Minnesota there was only 1 meeting a week. I was so grateful for it... I promise it does get better... Each moment sober even when it's not a great moment truly adds to the future days when you're going to look back and see how all of the *hit got you to real peace and freedom
