Well I am proud of you for getting there and glad that you have. Sometimes I get annoyed by the daily gratitude reminder, but by the time I have completed it, whether it be 60sec later or 15 minutes, I am very grateful for the exercise in gratitude. Definitely helps me to keep things in perspective. Reading the gratitude of others helps me realize things I may have missed, often times have failed to realize and occasionally things that I have continued to take for granted.
