It’s another beautiful day to be grateful.
•I won my most challenging week of Fantasy Football yet this season.
•The weather is perfect this morning, and the backyard has dried up, so I can bring the dogs out with me.
•There is a hummingbird in my backyard, and it got close enough that I could hear it.
•Someone dropped a bunch of crāp in the middle of the highway that ended up damaging my car, but I didn’t let it ruin my day, and no one got hurt.
•I’m more at peace with myself today than I was a week or a month ago.
•AA has taught me not to run away but to stand and face reality.
•Both my dogs stare at me constantly, and I can tell they love me.
•A reminder from a reading that my life is the sum total of all my choices. And sobriety has given me the opportunity to make good choices.
•Spiritual growth doesn’t come easy, but it does come if I seek it.
•Barkley is lying on my lap for the first time in years.
