Our whole family unit became non traditional this year. With so many changes out of their control, I let the kids make the call on what Thanksgiving day looked like. They all 6 agreed on a very non traditional menu and I happily cooked it. It was weird to not make the full spread, but with all the breads & baking it managed to fill my day wonderfully, while giving me time to devote individually to each of them.
So, all that being said...I'm thankful for!
