Another day to practice gratitude.
•I spent Thanksgiving at a colleague's house with her family and was made to feel right at home.
•Thanksgiving sides.
•Norman was too hyper for a walk this morning, but at least his zoomies show me that he’s healthy.
•Barkley’s calm and steady presence.
•I am growing spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and even physically. I am content with growth because perfection isn’t possible.
•I show up for myself and push myself out of my comfort zone regularly.
•Even when I act out and don’t behave according to my ideals, I am at least cognizant enough to make corrections and amends when necessary.
•I woke up early enough to take my time getting ready and even got some homework done before work.
•One quiz is all that’s left between me and my diploma.
•The book and the program have opened my mind and begun to remove my prejudice against religious people and their teachings.
Thank you for my life.
