Today is a beautiful day to continue practicing gratitude.
•I can face crises when they happen and cope with them. I no longer need to run and hide.
•Barkley still seems to be improving. I’m cautiously optimistic.
•The universe reminded me that the time I have with my dogs is precious.
•I finally figured out where Norman was stealing all his books from and hopefully put a stop to that.
•I have lost most of my fear. I feel safe and protected.
•I’ve accepted my disease and can finally see myself, the world, and the people in it for what they are.
•I’ve been blessed with the willingness to believe in things I don’t have the ability or capacity to understand.
•Spending another beautiful fall morning in my backyard with the dogs.
•Front-loading my day with self-care allows me to stay present and peaceful.
•The paradoxical truth is that while I can only control my attitude and actions, it's through these that I wield significant influence over the course of my life.
Thank you for my life.
