I’m at 11 days today. I’m about to go into a meeting to learn from others instead of sit in a hotel room alone watching Tv. I see strength in myself more in day 11 than day 1. The clarity makes it easier. I told my therapist I had a genuine laugh yesterday AND today. I’m singing along to songs again. I think I’m gonna pick up my guitar again. The booze kept me down and I kept downing the booze.
