SO happy for you! As someone who has been where you are, it gets better the longer you stay free. It is not easy at first, but it is very much worth it. Keep up the hard work, I’m proud of you!

Thank you! I go to 1 NA meeting daily, call my support network (1-2 people) from the meeting. I just started to journal and write a gratitude list (suggestions from another recovering addict), get plenty of rest, naps included...it's VERY, VERY hard though...

I have to force myself to do all those things, because I'm not in a treatment facility, I'm doing this at home...some days I don't feel like doing anything , but I know all these things I'm doing are good for me and will pay off in the long run!

Jennifer, those are all beautiful things to do for you healing and recovery practice! I do the same things. I understand it’s difficult at times but we must stick together and continue to fight the good fight! You are worth it. Your family loves you! Thank you for sharing this with us here at Loosid!
