11 days sober today! May not seem like a lot but it’s everything to me. I plan on celebrating every day sober for the rest of my life.
Excellent attitude
Every day sober is a day to celebrate
Best way to get there is just focus on today do what you did yesterday and when you get to tomorrow, do what kept you sober today
One day at a time and keep adding them together!

You should give yourself a sober treat. Congrats
11 days seemed like a lot to me when it happened… that’s how the journey begins
2 days is a lot in some cases. 11 is outstanding!!!
Yeah, Kim!
Every old timer once had 11 days. Keep up the good work.
Everyday celebrate it is beautiful
That is huge!! Any 24 hour stretch means the world! Congrats.
Everyday sober is a celebration congratulations
Each day away from the things and behaviors that were destructive for us is a blessing.
Celebrating life 24 hrs a day, one day at a time! Keep up the good work cause the best is yet to come
You’re doing great!! These early days are tough and you are making it just for today
Every journey starts with one step and all that. Counting down the milestones is very satisfying. Fun thing to do is pick out days on calendar and strive for them!!
Kim
I was looking around and saw your post. When people relapse it's because they keep on believing the LIE; that this time things will be okay. But they never are, are they? We have to learn how to play the scene all the way forward.
You pick up a drink and you might start to feel good for a while but sooner or later you're going to be right back where you were at when you started. Then you're going to have to start all over and deal with all the feelings that you were dealing with when you picked up that drink.
What I see people trying to do all the time is quit drinking cold turkey but they don't really have a battle plan on how they're going to fix this thing besides coming on to an app like this and getting some support. Most of the support seems to be coming from people that are having trouble staying sober themselves. It's never enough and that's why most people fail. There is a solution though.
