116 days today I have never been more grateful to have such peace of mind it’s amazing how quickly your life gets better when you’re not numbing it

Recovery is such a blessing! I’m happy to hear you are feeling that gratitude! Early sobriety can be painful as we awaken from our zombie state and are faced with the damage we caused. However, if we stay sober and face reality, we can begin to heal and grow. Keep it up Kathy
