Hey guys! Just wanted to share with you all what I’m working on.
So I was asked to set aside every I know about meditation. Then to identify the prayers from pages 83-88.
Then finally at night I journal what I did through the day. Just simple bullet points. The next day I review my previous day. Again bullet points but just a little more “how it made me feel” rather than “what I did”
If anything comes up in the day or in the review. I act accordingly. If amends need to be made. If prayers need to be prayed. Then move forward.
I’m really excited and happy to be working Step 11
