12/13 gratitude list

-great first session with my therapist

-knowing the difference between wanting and needing; knowing I have everything I need

-my beautiful meditation practice

-how holding a hot cup of coffee warms my whole body up

-foam rollers

-being able to say that I lead a disciplined life (!!!)

-incremental changes slowly adding up and transforming every aspect of my life

-opportunities for growth continually presenting themselves

-all the little things Barkley does that bring so much light into my life

-being in a position of neutrality when it comes to alcohol; I don’t even think about it

Thank you for sharing :heart: this is a wonderful gratitude list and has made me reflect within myself. Your pup looks like the sweetest and best companion.

What do you do for meditation practice, do you have something you follow or just your own creation?

I use insight timer and set aside 20 minutes in the morning. I like to light candles and incense and use a meditation pillow to sit on.

I was just told about insight timer from someone in another group :blush: I plan on checking it out this morning to start my day off right!
