✨12/24/23 gratitude list✨

The gratitude continues!! :checkered_flag:

•I’m almost immediately able to relate to other addicts and alcoholics by listening and sharing.

•The life I lead now would have been unrecognizable to me two years ago, and I expect I’ll feel the same in another two years. My focus is continued growth.

•Someone shared at a meeting, “I rarely come to meetings for me anymore,” and I can relate. I’m grateful that my obsession has been removed, and I can focus on helping others.

•I hit a meeting with my sponsor and a new guy yesterday, and we all got called on to share.

•Barkley and Norman ensure I never feel alone.

•I have time to sit and write this list from home this morning.

•A stress-free holiday season.

•I have been given a new life just because I happened to become an alcoholic. I am among the lucky few who have learned a new way of life.

•I’m grateful to be sore today. Whether it's my muscles or other aspects of life, feeling sore usually signals growth.

•The simple fact that there are so many things that I don’t understand, and yet they still happen, is evidence of a Higher Power working in my life.

Thank you for my life.
