•My dogs have been letting me take some cute pictures lately.
•Honoring all my commitments yesterday was rewarding. It reinforces the idea that maintaining self-esteem requires keeping promises to myself and others.
•I am very grateful to be a dog dad. I get so much joy from the dogs.
•I feel so much better after doubling down on meetings yesterday. It’s wild how quickly my brain turns on me after a few days without a meeting.
•The future can be safely left to God. Whatever the future holds, I can handle it with God's help.
