The gratitude continues!!
•I’m grateful to wake up sober another day.
•The feelings I experience after a highly productive day — pride, satisfaction, relief, and gratitude.
•Both my dogs are on the bed, staring at me. I am very loved.
•I’ve started attending a noon meeting during the work week, which has boosted my mood and inspired me to step up my meetings.
•Jacob brought the dogs (Norman, really; Barkley doesn’t care) some toys yesterday.
•It’s been proven to me repeatedly that I’ll only be miserable for just as long as I allow myself to idle. The moment I get into action, I start to feel relief.
•I have the next three days off work. I’m looking forward to quiet mornings with coffee, some chill music, and the dogs.
•There are lots of guys in my life who end our phone calls with a “love you.”
•I got a new notebook and some new pens for journaling. I’m grateful that I’m excited by simple things. I don’t need to chase chaos anymore.
•There was a day when I became willing. I don’t remember precisely when that was, but I’m very grateful for that day.
Thank you for my life.
