Today, gratitude comes easily.
•I finally got up the nerve to talk to the girl at the gym, and the conversation went well.
•I’ve started applying for jobs and am excited and confident about this next chapter of my life.
•My days are increasingly productive and prosperous.
•I’ve finally taken back my library from Norman. My house is clean, organized, and puppy-proof.
•I’m grateful for the MLT program and Will's mentorship as I return to the professional world.
•I’m grateful to see men in the program return after a slip and talk about their experience.
•With my therapist moving on and referring me to a specialist, I feel grateful, not fearful, for this new chapter opening for both of us.
•By directing my attention towards helping others, I find myself more present, grounded, and peaceful.
•I have two big, beautiful dogs who love me very much.
•My sobriety is an ever-present reminder of God’s strength and grace.
Thank you for my life.
