Well first of all Barkley is an absolutely adorable dog!

And if you could, send me a chat and let me know how you do the intermittent fasting. I have wanted to try it but haven’t as of yet.

I only eat during an 8 hour period of the day. Only water and coffee the other 16 hours. Sometimes I eat between 9-5, other times between 10-6, or even 11-7 depending on what’s going on that day.
