12 days sober (again) from alcohol and feeling physically great in comparison BUT as of today I also have to stop smoking weed. I live in Massachusetts and absolutely use marijuana to find my calm. I do not consider this an addiction, I consider marijuana 100 times more helpful than any prescription I've been written for my mental health. I am not writing this wondering what everyone's opinion on "California sober" is, so please don't share them. Anywho, I am appealing a medical suspension on my driver's license and apparently the RMV still has the right to consider weed illegal
so my lawyer suggests 4 weeks worth of clean drug tests just as icing on the cake for the appeals board...which means at least a month to get "clean" and 1 or 2 more months before my case is heard...what the F**k, right? Anyone have suggestions to actually feel high on life? I'm 37 and never quite understood that assignment.

California sober is bullsh$t. You're just trading one addiction for another. I tried it. It didn't work. I always came back to drinking anyway.
The high comes when you accomplish those goals you and your lawyer have set forth.
Don’t worry about what others think just do what you have to do and that’s when you will feel “high on life”
