131 days sober today for me. It still feels “weird”, but I am taking one day at a time. Hope you all have a great day/night.

I agree! One day at a time ! Feels so good to be clear headed and being able to actually process all my emotions without numbing them out with alcohol.

After 30 years with multiple addictions the rest of my life will be weird. But it keeps it interesting. At first it was a bummer relearning how to live, now it’s about the only interesting thing in my life🙄. But I’m sober

It may just be semantics but I don’t like the word sober. It’s too serious. I like lucid better and that is what drew me to the app.
