146 hours on my paycheck, I’m thankful for that! It still doesn’t help with staying out of my own head but it does make it easier throughout the day.

Yeah, when I'm at work I don't think about it. It's the drive home where I have to keep telling myself I don't need to stop by the gas station to get a 12 pack.
