Grateful. Got a call from my brother concerned about me yesterday. A lot going on. And he has no idea about my sobriety. When did you tell your family members and loved ones. I just don’t want to worry them further… Advice?

I am at a little over 3 months without alcohol. I will be taking a trip to visit friends and family soon. I decided to give them all a heads up that I won’t be drinking. I told them I don’t mind if they drink around me. Hopefully them knowing ahead of time will help me resist and they will know not to offer me anything.
