168 days sober today. I’ll be 33 in 2 weeks. So blessed to have woken up. I’ve never been so clear in my life. I’m on my mountaintop now, I know I’ll need hands to pick me up in the future, so I’m glad to have found a strong community to build friendships.

They key to call of this deal is to remember you must reach out anytime you feel the desire to have a different perspective than your own. All of us alcoholics and addicts got so used to trusting ourselves that we forgot that there's a better way to think and live
