19 days in..Anyone else going through a break up while getting sober? I feel like it makes it twice as hard. It's the one reason I want to drink. To forget about the pain in my heart that follows me all day long.

Yes I did . Made me want getting sober more.
Had to end it, for several reasons but the last and final being that he could not give up his daily beers for me. Really having a hard time with it still…not having that someone to lean on when things feel like too much just sucks.
Possibly any day now. Fighting over being jealous of my children and my 1 year old grand baby's involvement in our lives. I love him and we've been together for 14 years but blood is thicker than water. It's not like they live with me or even in close range.
I did many years ago. Made it easier because she drank heavily, went to the bar daily, was a bartender.
Aww no, just fresh out of hospital I suddenly have my grandson. Best thing to for both of us, I get to be the hero. We’ve lived thru heartaches before, eh ?
