Congrats.
I remember my first week. It was dreadful. I couldn't believe I made it another 24 hours. That's how I felt each day. It was the hardest thing I have ever done.

Just one day is all that matters. You doing it. Congrats. First week always the hardest. Yet, each day you do this new life guaranteed the easier it gets.
