✨2/9/23 gratitude list✨

•Getting over 8 hours of sleep last night. I’m going to refocus my sleep efforts moving forward.

•Another opportunity to take a man through the steps.

•There is a difference between self-care and selfishness.

•Through my program of recovery, I have been given tools to deal with all my emotions, both positive and negative.

•Barkley seems like he’s truly happy and I feel partially responsible for that.

•Keeton’s consistency, both as a friend and a sponsee. I’m very blessed to have him in my life.

•This lil belt thing I got for my hernia that has allowed me to start working out again.

•The quiet of early mornings. This time I set aside each day for prayer and gratitude has completely changed the way I think about and approach life.

•The gifts of inner peace and feeling of belonging.

•Knowing that as good as things are, they’ll only get better so long as I continue to do the work and rely on God.

God, thank you for my life.

I am so happy for you… I am still trying to figure out how to get hours a night of sleep.. Looking to try start working out and joining a gym

I hear yah, I feel sleep deprived. I wake up with night sweats every nite feels like a daily thing now completely changing clothes cuz I wake up soak n wet it’s crazy. So tired of this I just want to :zzz: sleep. Good luck. I guess when you wake I pray meditate, read my devotionals, what I’m grateful for. And so on. Hope you have an awesome day.
