Hello. I found that having something to do with your hands help not think about the cravings. I started crocheting, it’s not easy but keeps my mind busy to concentrate on me not my cravings. I’m sober just past 2 months and I’m 61 years old.

Go to meetings, drink water, try to eat the foods, and all the sweets you can get your hands on. :joy:

I'm not sure where you are located but here in Florida. We have BARC. It's a non profit organization. In patient or out patient. If you are relapsing maybe something like that could help. Do research and find what's available to you. Good luck. If you need a friend? Feel free to message me

Hello, I also live in FL. I didn’t know about this program.

Surround yourself with people in recovery. Do things together. Lots of meeting and never underestimate the power of candy. I have Swedish fish, sour patch, kids, and nerds clusters on hand at all times.

Hang in there Brittany! Unfortunately I know to well about being in the merry go round of relapsing but just know you’re not alone and you can do this
