Awesome work!! Keep it simple... Find a sponsor and make sobriety first... One step at a time, and remember Rome wasn't built in a day. This is achievable, and you can do it :muscle:

One day at a time. If that's to overwhelming, one hour at a t ime. What ever works when u need it.
