They will! Your doing awesome

The post withdrawals are definitely no fun.

Our tracker timelines are similar so I assume we will be experiencing events at similar intervals.

I had two weeks of waking up feeling like I had been drinking the night before, it was so annoying.

Time takes time keep reaching out to sober sisters and brothers and stay connected build a network God Bless

Hi Rita!
Blake here. You need to plus up on your vitamins.

In my experience I’ve learned that alcohol robs the body of vitamins, vital nutrients, and water. It robs the body and mind and brings a calming / soothing effect in the place of nutrition it takes. Basically it’s a physiological pickpocket.

In turn the body/mind craves it because it recognizes it instead as nutrients because of the calm alcohol brings.

Infuse the body with good nutrition and the pangs and cravings decrease.

Zinc.
Magnesium.
Potassium.
Vitamin C.
Vitamin D3.
Vitamin B1, Thiamine
Vitamin B9, Folic Acid
Vitamin B6 and B12

…have helped me. Basically I started with these and a multivitamin. Coming off of alcohol was much more bearable with good nutrition.

Also, a doctor prescribed an anti depressant that helped with the anxiety and depression in the beginning.

Remember, alcohol is a cleaner and disinfectant, so it strips the body of all that is good. During the healing process remember to put back all that has been stripped away.

Good luck and God speed.
