I wish I could say I’m full of energy. I’m currently the opposite. I’ve been depressed the past couple of days. The count down to infinity staying sober, is what’s keeping me going. Last month, I almost made it 30 days. This week is going to be a roller coaster ride,:roller_coaster: of mix emotions. The mood I’m praying :palms_up_together: for is Joy & happiness with a peace of mind that everything is going to be okay with my health.

We all go through that about 30 days sober and it’s normal even for people who are not in a program all have our good days and bad days just roll with it it will pass!!! Stay Strong :muscle::pray:t2::muscle::pray:t2::muscle:

Focus on the things your grateful for to pull you through the roller coaster. It can be a bumpier ride when stuck in self. :blush::sparkles:
