Has gone by fast.
I feel much better for it. Idk why I had restarted in the first place.

It wasnt a consistent drinking pattern but it sure was a consistent feeling like sh*t pattern.

One drink = one plus weeks of my body and brain trying to fully recover :woozy_face::weary:

Im also abstaining from several social media platforms. My goal is 40 days but we’ll see, maybe it will be longer. I have found that it adds no value to my life.
