2024 was the worst year I've ever experienced. Im really hoping 2025 will be different. Ill be going to my first AA meeting of the year tomorrow night. I desperately need help.

Meetings will help tremendously, fellowship is something that we all need. If you quit using things will get better, not overnight, but they will get better
