22 days sober today!! One day at a time. I’m so proud of myself, it’s been 20 years of heavy drinking 5-7 days a week the last 10 years. I’ve never made it past a week. I can’t believe it took me so long!!! Another morning I woke up without a hangover or withdrawal. My headaches went away a few days ago, my cravings are not getting the best of me and my soul is in slow repair. We got this!!!
