Stay strong. Find something to keep you busy and your mind occupied. I like the play the tape forward technique. Imagine how bad things would turn out if you use just one.

Explore that as a thought experiment. What would actually happen, would life get easier? Would you simply build bad feelings toward yourself? What is the actual outcome of using; is there any part of it that actually aligns with who you want to be?
Perhaps you're just experiencing a ghost of a thought or feeling from before you decided to quit. Fùcking crush it, and leave the slavery behind. I know you can.
