26 days today. I been working for a temp agency hoping I would get hired on at a company. But, of course the company cancelled me saying they didn't think I was a good fit for the company. I'm just so sick of companies not giving the best training and they only train you for a week and then expect you to run 7 machines by yourself. Sorry, I had to vent.

Congrats on 26 days and yes i agree really annoying ive worked jobs where they don't properly train you and expect you to be able to do it all. I hope you find a good job that trains you well

A massive congratulations on 26 days! I am so sorry about the temp agency, that is frustrating, especially when you’re putting in the work to show up every day. Please don't let a company's lack of training dim your light or shake your sobriety. You are doing the hard work that really matters. Vent here anytime; the community is behind you.

And I'm sorry you're experiencing this but it's totally true - employers have gotten to cheap & too lazy when it comes to hiring! Plus they'd rather have a higher turnover rate than have long lasting, dedicated employees. It's cheaper for them that way.
