Has anyone tried SMART Recovery? I’ve been in and out of AA for 18yrs and just curious if there are alternate programs that have better success rates.

I’ve been in and out of the program for many years. Had seven years at one time, but the obsession keeps coming back.
Never heard of it.. but will definitely be waiting for responses. Is it an app we can download?
They have a website… there’s a meeting near me on Thursday I was gonna check it out
