Thank you Pam. Awesome to hear you chose not to drink today. I am by no means anything close to an expert in this journey, at all. Much wiser people out there than me.
It’s been easy and hard all at the same time. Some things get easier, but ultimately it can be very hard.
Most important thing to remember is that you chose not to drink today, all that matters!
