29 nights sober. Still dealing with PAWS but cravings seem gone. But the physical, mental and emotional effects are affecting me to the point where I barely have enough to do tasks around my apartment before i hit a brick wall. I take a bunch of vitamins, supplements, exercise, and try and find inner peace. Can anyone offer any tips? I dont have a support system.

The greatest tip I can give you is get to a meeting and there you will find support.

Joseph, lots of in person meetings and the 12 steps helped me tremendously!
Staying busy doing stuff helps but I needed a real solution. The work in the AA/NA/CA program is my real medicine. Nothing else worked.

Thanks for your share. I didn't know what PAWS was and now I do. I can relate to the emotional and stress outbursts with PAWS.
