Listen to some music on your way bc you might not get it in there! Green day 21 guns. Eminem and sia beautiful pain. Feel it. Know this will be hard but worth giving up this fight you know well and know will eventuallytake you out to do the fight you know will eventually let you live. Dont give up to fight till you die. The days went well!
Im still scared and unsure, but thats normal. I did all my testiing so it looks like ive reserved my spot on the first. Met the group today and it seemed like a great group

Couple more days! Lesoned anxiety and alot mote excited!
Surround yourself with good people in the rooms of recovery and do not be afraid to reach out.
Music saved me in early recovery. I listened to a lot of linkin park.
