Two years ago today I walked through the treatment center doors and checked myself in crying the whole time, I didn't want to, I knew I needed to, and it changed my whole world.
how I see beauty in nature, how I feel the fresh air or hear the sounds of the city, it changed how I can look into my kids eyes shamelessly and really know how their feeling.
It changed my world.
I'm happy I did that.
